PATNA: The Patna police on Wednesday seized three cars and two bikes used in home delivery of liquor and arrested 15 persons in this connection in different parts of the state capital. A high-end car hired by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) was seized with a liquor bottle and two persons inside near a mall under the Pataliputra Colony police station area on Wednesday. The car had a 'Government of India' plate fixed above its number plate.
