Kolkata: Cops have arrested several known trouble-makers - an integral part of the rent-and-supply syndicate - in the Kasba-to-Kamalghazi belt ahead of the elections but, given the type of sections slapped on them, officials themselves are not sure if they will still be in custody when the city and its surrounding areas go to vote in the last week of April. Among those who have been arrested in the past 48 hours are Manik Bose alias Gutke, Roshan Kumar Singh alias Tarzan, Mohd Asfaq, Sk Raj and Koushik Ganguly.
